Can't Restore Rust?

I Permanently deleted rust cuz it's rust... Anyways I wanted to play it again and I assumed I had to buy it back but when I put it in my cart it says I already owned the game on this account and linked me to steam support to recover it. Seemed easy enough right? Wrong I went to steam support went to the bottom search bar looked up rust and nothing popped up but a DLC for rust. So my question is can anyone help me with a solution to this? I have already made a steam ticket about it but have gotten no response so far. And yes I did buy the game.

You delete it because it was rust, great reason... I stop eating pizza because it's pizza that makes a lot of sense.

To restore games, you have to visit help selection of Steam, type in game name, click on game, and click on not in library, and restore.
