Where are my steam points?

I received some awards a few weeks ago and I still have not received the steam points, why? Did the waiting time increase or something?

-Also, do you still receive steam points from awards if the post was deleted?

Top of Steam client. Under STORE. Points Store
The amount of points you have is listed top right
Check emails for awards as they will show you the amount of time and also links to what discussion gave it,
If the OP where your points came from is deleted the points are deducted afaik.
Open the points store on the lest scroll to the bottom open
