I have a problem with game hours and can't return my money
I bought Dying light 2 in steam, played 5 minutes, wrote in support to return money and turned off steam, but after 2 days, I saw and discovered ,what I "played" 11 hours.
Now support refuses to return my money.
I think the problem is related with deleting game in steam, because when I tried to delete game there was some problem with the loading screen.

Do a manual ticket and explain why you have the hours you do. No guarantee it will work.

Click on it

Choose "I have a question..."

If you exit the game, it stops tracking playtime hours. Where did you let the game running while contacting Support?

You cannot accumulate 17 hours without the game exe running as that is how Steam tracks the time.
