FPS in CSGO , help pls

How many FPS i can get in CS:GO with :
MotherBoard: GA-F2A68HM-HD2
Processor: AMD A8 7650K
Graphic: MSI GeForce GTX1050Ti Gaming X 4GB
- clock of 1354MHz

Now i have Processor: AMD Kaveri A8-7650K. But i wanna buy this one GTX and monitor
AOC G2460Pf Full HD 24" LED 144Hz Gaming Monitor. But i not sure how many FPS i can get with this all setings

RAM is fine. Even 4GB would be more than enough for CS:GO.

Okay. Is it any chance get 200 FPS with this settings if i play on 4:3 and 800x600 and very low settings in csgo

Yes. But you don't need to go that far with it. Just turn down some of the other settings to medium and you'll get an increase in FPS.

yeah. Now i have low settings in CSGO and i have 80-120 fps. I need more fps about 180-200. That's why i wanna buy this graphic card and new monitor. I hope new graphic can increase fps about 180-200
