Hi,
I am trying to link my steam account with my youtube to load videos for some achievements but everytime I attempt to connect my account it errors and then I cannot access my video page for approximately 5 minutes.
I'm not sure why?
Kind Regards

Hi.
As an Applications Engineer, I am severly shocked that such a large organisation like yourselves cannot handle such a simple issue. I am getting an error 505 everytime I attempt to access my videos page which is either an error in the code or your proxy is causing issues.
I feel like this issue could be escalated to 2nd or 1st line support, surely there is a solutions such as manually inputting my youtube connection details through your side or debugging my account as I am completely locked out from accessing that page.
I don't think that the response given to me was at all helpful or progressive it just closes my support call un-fixed.
Kind Regards
Byron
