Installing the game from an USB drive
Hello, can I install one game from my USB drive? Copy the files from the other computer and paste them to the USB drive, after that move them to the new computer? This game has 30 GB and my Internet will download it after 2 days. Any ideas?

Yes you can just when you click install just point it to the place the game is at it will detect the files and then it will be ready to play no downloading.

Its easier to use the Steam backup function.
Download and install the game on the old computer, then right click it in your library and choose "Backup Game files". As target you set the USB stick. Steam will then repack the game files to a package and store them on the stick.

Then use the stick on your new computer, choose " Restore Backup" in your Steam client and point it to the USB stick. Steam will then install the game like a newly downloaded game.
