Big Picture Mode causes BSOD

I'm using a laptop and whenever I open Big Picture Mode I get a Blue Screen of Death, and my Laptop restarts. I don't know what's happening, since BPM used to work on my laptop, and this is the first time I tried using BPM after Steam Updated so maybe it has to do with the update. I'm using Windows 10.

What is the BSOD error code?

Generally BSODs are signs of faulty or incorrectly configured hardware, not bad updates; they're pretty serious and indicate something's really wrong.

BSOD can come from software updates from drivers due to conflictions. It doesn't necessarily mean you have something serious going on. I once fixed BSOD on someones pc by updating the sound drivers, So something so silly as sound drivers where causing it. You need the error code for further help.

Tbh from my experiance they actually tend to be from minor software issues than can be fixed by updating drivers or repairing windows.
