[request]can't view upload video list on steam Video page

can't view upload video from youtube page when i open video link to upload it to steam.
profile->video link-> upload->youtube account login->select youtube channel->results blank page. Refresh won't help. Clearing Cache & Cookies from Steam settings-> Browser and CacheHTML folder in %appdata%/local/steam didn't solve the issue.

Anything else i can try to fix this so i can see my list of videos on youtube in order to select which one i can upload etc? Once logged in after clearing cookies+cache, i cannot even see the already uploaded video on steam video page itself. It will result in blank.

Clearly, this has to be on Valve because I'm seeing multiple people with this issue. I get a white page trying to link my YT account. Some people report getting a black one. I've tried multiple browsers. Made sure they and adobe flash are up-to-date. Disabled add-ons. Cleared cache. Restarted. Nothing works.
