Cant use paypal after argentina recurrency

Why cant I keep using paypal after the argentinian re-currency(whatever) of steam.
And why are some big games even pricier than before or even not buyable?

1) Paypal seems ot have issues dealing with Steam in these currency conversions
2) Publishers set pricing, go ask them

Yes this sucks, i live in Argentina and i've been using paypal from the beginning. Why change this now?

So you can get most games for cheaper, while supporting various payment methods that are usually more common in your region .

Same here in Uruguay, I won't be able to purchase from steam directly anymore without paypal, that's what I always used, GreenManGaming it is I guess

As far as I know, anything in Argentina is *wholly screwed* locally for currency rates, so... I feel bad for you. I know people living there, and have heard of the economic issues. :(
