Are sale times set to a certain time zone?
A game I wanted said it was going to be on sale until the 28th of March at 40% off. I came home on lunch today, the 28th and checked and the game was still on sale but I did not make the purchase. When I got home this evening, it is still the 28th but 11pm EST, the game is no longer on sale when I was just about to purchase it. Do the sale hours not represent the time zone you are in? It is still the 28th for me but the sale has ended and I don't plan on paying full price for the game that was 40% off a day ago and should still be 40% off for another hour. Is there anything I can do about this or am I just beat for waiting till what I thought was the last hour?

Store refresh is at 1pm ET. Sales start and end at that time.
