USBC driver ?
what is USBC driver ? its within nvidia when i try to update driver

It's for GPUs that have a USBC port. It's irrelevant if you don't have/don't use a gpu's usbc port.

i use DPI no USB or HDMI

It's just part of the driver installation. It might as well not even exist as far as you're concerned since you have no use for a usbc port.
