All games in library say i need to purchase them again.
As the title says all of my games say I need to purchase them again.
My account was hacked today, all of my friends deleted. my account info changed. i quickly changed my password. (yes a already use steam auth.so idk how they got in) but now all of my games say they require to be purchased again.

I only have one account. half of my games actually show up in my library. all needed to be purchased again. the other half of my games are just gone. i submitted a ticket on steam support but dont know how long they take.

I have a screenshot of my most played game that i played today telling me i need to buy it, i am not sure how to share image. i just want my games back ive spent so much on them ovet the past 9 years.

My question's are:
1. why do my owned games say i need to purchase them again, and how can i get them back.

2. how do i get the rest of my games that are not showing on my library to show back up on my account.(they are all still in my purchase history.)

Fully secure your account. Follow all the steps.
Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Change your password on a secure device.
Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the api key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
You don't need support to get them all back.
Hijackers are now removing licenses from account to troll the hijacked account owners.
You can see the list of all your games, even removed ones if you look through the list of games when you go through the process of enabling Family View.

Restoring them.
1) Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/
2) Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.
3) Click on the game.
4) Select "It's not in my library"
5) Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"

As for your friends, here is a quote from another thread if you want to try to add them back.
Navigate to... Steam\userdata\<Steam3ID>\config\
Open localconfig.vdf up with WordPad and CTRL+F to your friends. Find your friends.
