I block ppl but his/her still can see my post and I still able to see a post .

I already block and ignore. and I still able to see a post and I still able to reply in that post. and
that jerk is i block still see my post on forum .

If I know a post is made by ppl is I push in ignore it. I wont lay my finger in it . its waste my life time.

All I want is a real " block " button . like other social media has for customer. thank you .

You are aware how easy that would be to circumvent, right? Just create another account or visit the forum without even being logged in and again they can see all your posts.

You block them from your view, not their ability to use the forum. Considering we can view the forums without logging in or use another account what you want wouldn't do anything.

If i not read a post and reply . the ppl is I block wont notice and reply my post. its like a troll . If I not say a name or call it. its wont appear.

and yes . that true. But When they need to reply me. They must login other account. but there is no issue. I can just add block :0

If they keep spam create account. that fun . its spend alot of time for made 1 account. like 5 min
and I just spend 1 sec to click a block :>

No, that's not how this works at all.

You cannot stop people from posting.
Nor can you stop them from seeing your posts.
It makes no sense to want that.
It would literally be so abused it's not even funny.

Forums are public. You cannot strategically block people to silence them in general discussions. All you can do is essentially hide any responses they make and then resist the urge to reveal and reply.

You don't get to decide who gets to post/read/exist on a public forum, you do have the power to block and ignore people you don't want to interact with.

So you expect them to identify themselves as someone who you've blocked. And you believe you'll be able to identify them anyway if they don't? Pretty optimistic.

Or they can just view the post in another browser since the forums are a public resources and do not require being logged in to view.

I mean clearly you like your idea and are convinced it will work if people behave like the NPC's in your head. But I can promise you, they won't.

i think its not too far fetched to block someone from posting in the topics you created, i mean i had a person following me around and derailing my topics at one point, i am aware this is not how steam works, im just saying people dont have to be npcs in somebodys mind nor does steam have to be social media for it to make sense
now blocking from seeing topics doesnt make sense at all
