Download speeds on steam drop to 0B/S
Whenever I start downloading a game, it will download at 50MB/s which i get on a speedtest as well but then it will drop to 0B/s and stay there for a long time so my downloads take a long time. I have moved to my closest server. UK-London and i have cleared download cache. I have no idea how to fix this

Closest doesn't always mean best or fastest.

Next time your download speed drops, check the disk usage graph, if your disk is busy then Steam is copying files before the download can continue.
