I did a payment with my credit card the 06/02 and 12 hours later i got a refund i don't know why me or my family didn't do something if someone can tell me why i got this alert for frauding ?

Do what the message says, open a ticket and contact Support. This is a user forum and no one can help you with account issues.

did you do a refund thru steam? if you did a refund thru the credit card, that would be a chargeback. reverse the chargeback and then contact support.

you are not the only one trying to contact them. you simply have to wait till they can get to your ticket.

I didn't do something. I asked my family they said they didnt do anything
