Having trouble with ps4 controller[WIRED]

Please steam youre my last hope
So my problem is quite simple it does connect as a wireless controller my pc finds it and it wont function.
(It does not show up on DS4 though)
At first i thought it was the wire so i bought a new one.
still didnt function and then i bought another ps4 controller and it still wont work.
ive ran out of options.. ive tried disabling/enabling HID and bunch of other stuff and it wont just work i tried DS4 but it doesnt work. I have a orange flashing light from the controllers even the brand new one.
I have also tried reseting the controllers but to no avail.
all the solutions i find on the broad internet has not been to any help at all and i dont know what to do so i reach out to you people on steam in hopes of finding a solution

One thing to note that i thought i find weird is that it connects with wire as "Wireless controller" and idk what to do about that.

Probably the USB cable is not communicating.
I'd suggest to try different cable.
I'd rather to use Steam Input and Playstation support instead of DS4Win.

I have tried several different cables some doesnt work at all and some work slightly.
Also the controller have never showed up on steam big picture

I'm not sure the cable part.
But the Steam Big Picture part is probably you have installed DS4Win.
I think DS4Win is taking the controller.
So to use as Steam Input with Playstation support, I think you need to uninstall or disable DS4Win.

bumping still as it doesnt work does anyone have a solution aside from what has been posted here?
