Steam will give you store credit when they receive your money from PSC.

The communication between globalcollect ( steams middleman company ) and steam seems to be buggy and down right now.

Some people defend steam that they did not get your money but globalcollect has your money meaning steam has it.

Its up to them how to fix this issue.

The same issue happened with ideal and skrill all sending payment to globalcollect and globalcollect sending it to steam

I bought some games for 160$ and the money is gone and the steam transaction was changed from pending to failure. The raponsibility is on steam as they contracted globalcollect.

Its not on paysafe side to finish the transaction. The issue is globalcollect ( steam middleman ) and steam.

I got the same issue yesterday, bought the game 2 times. Money taken, no game...
started a ticket now, guess will be a waiting game.
Only about eur15,- , but still a waste
