ssl issues store pages not loading

I did all that still broken, its propagated on all my computers and accounts - started when I installed steam on a computer that I built after having the motherboard repaired, had to change the timezone back

also could be something in the new windows set up that propagated some aspects of my ssl state because instead of installing windows and letting me set up a profile on the pc it forced me into their new pin thing that forces a linking into a microsoft account and who the hell knows what a bad inital timezone does to that

had a chance to check looks like the ssl problem is with the router

yep the windows install messed up something in the router a simple reboot fixed it so not sure exactly what it broke
