Guild chat problem.

(EN) Hello. I am the guild master of the Bloody Angels guild and have a guild chat issue. The guild have a text channel called "Основной" in which almost all members are located. The problem is - I do not have the ability to control this chat (can't modify, dismiss guild member from this chat, cant edit anything). When I'm try to change something, information is visible - "You do not have permission to change this page" in all page. The owner of the guild chat is an unknown empty profile. In chat menu I have some option like main (with guild info), channels (when I see channel "Основной" marked as Home channel), Permissions (with option to change role), Invite (place when i theoretically have a possibility to invite other player), and block menu (black list). BUT I CANT CHANGE ANYTHING in all menu. It is impossible to understand for me. Did someone have same problem?
