Can't get into my email account

I have the problem, that I can't get the code I need to log into my account (send by steam to my email account) . I lost my password to the email Account and can't get a new one. Now I can't move forward and the support isn't any help.

Steam support can't do anything about your email account. You need to contact whoever is your email provider.

If you use gmail then contact gmail/google for help.
If it's a hotmail or outlook email contact microsoft about it.

Just try the login process for them and click the can#''t sign in options to reclaim access.

How is steam supposed to help you fix an issue that doesn't involve steam? They cant reset your email password.....
