Game not in library or purchase history.

I purchased a game about a month ago and have been playing it with no issues. Played last night. Now it will not launch. Does not show on STEAM library or purchase history. Any ideas?

You have more than one account. The one you posted this from only shows one game purchase and that was yesterday. If you have a game from a month ago, it's on another account.

I have only purchased one game on Steam. It was Assetto Corasa Competizione. i bought it on 4/1/21

Are you with Steam. I bought ACC over a month ago and having been playing it since then. Played it last night. If you look under Recently Played it shows 17.1 played in last 2 weeks. I don't know what One-Stop Shopper is. I didn't purchase this. I need some help.

Does this mean my account is hacked? I don't understand how the game is not my library or purchase history but it shows I have played the game in my Recently Played. How do i see if there are 2 accounts? How information such as recently played be on second account?

The badge shows it being unlocked April 8 and it shows you own one game which consequentially means you bought that game on April 8.

This is what we're (users of Steam) are using to determine your predicament. You say you bought a game "a couple of weeks ago" but can't see it in your library or purchase history. If this is true, that account you are on right now would show at least 2 games if not more assuming you have bought more.

We're using deductive reasoning because we see many users like yourself posting here trying to figure out where their games went. Nearly every single result is that they mistakenly made multiple accounts and logged into a second one that they didn't know they had.

Look at your purchase emails from Steam. They should have the account name (not display name) for the purchase. I bet you have two emails with different account names on it.

i only have one account. no indication of second account in my emails.

The game shows up in recently played. It does not show up my library or purchase history. When I try to download again with my activation code it says it is already in my library. I only have one account.

This is the only game I purchased on Steam.

Any help would be appreciated.

No, the account you are posting from has been created on 1 April. It's impossible to have bought that game on this account a month ago, since the account didn't exist a month ago.

As said by the others, find the login for the actual account you bought the game on.

If you bought the game 10 days ago, why did you state in your OP it was about a month ago?

Go here: https://help.steampowered.com/, scroll all the way down for the search field, search the game and use the option "It's not in my library".

Keep in mind if you activated a key, it won't show up in the purchase history, since that is only for actual Steam purchases.
