Big bug G502 Sensivity stuttering + going crazy for 0.5 seconds
https://youtu.be/kEBBFjN1LJI

hello guys, I let you watch the video. There I got big stutters with my G502, but it's not due to csgo, I got it on every game, I don't really know why. The acceleration is disabled, and sometimes my sensivity is going crazy for a really little moment but it's like doing an 180° that I won't even be able to do in 1:1 sensivity (800DPI)
help me please :(

Right forum to post hardware related problems

Have you installed the proper drivers for that mouse? There is custom software that controls the driver for the mouse. Either Logitech GHub or the mouse controller software works fine.

Check for dirt around the sensor and the mousing surface is fine. Try using a different surface.

Looks like the game is stuttering unless it is something with the video.
Type "net_graph 1" in the console (~ button) to see if there are FPS/framtime issues or possibly network/choke issues.

hello it's the author, it is not a fps problem no worries

I have installed all latest drivers, disabled every acceleration sensivity, it is doing the same on other surfaces, I changed usb ports, I don't know why it is doing this
And notice that it is just a problem in game. If I just try to do that glitch on my desktop it doesn't work, even not in game menu's
It is definitely a software problem, but why??? I don't understand. I can upload a new video just now that is more clear.
Also if I close my logitech software it still doesn't fix anything, I'm lost

Well it might not be a bug at all. I have a g502 and haven't experienced this. And it is a very popular mouse, and CS is a popular game. And if there was an issue you'd kind of expect there to be a lot of posts about it. So my instinct is an issue with your mouse/system.

For troubleshooting I might try

  • disconnecting all the other usb devices and seeing if there's a relationship.
  • making sure the sensor is clear

My g502 is a couple years old. How old is yours? I ask because sometimes things just wear out, and even quality products occasionally have a few examples that fail sooner rather than later. So that's something to keep on the table. And who knows, maybe you're rough on your peripherals.

So if another mouse is an option, or if your mouse is new and you can get it exchanged I might try that too.

It isn't on cs, it's on every game when I'm in game. And as I said it is working on the desktop and chrome, etc I mean when I'm not in game it's working, so it is a problem of software, not my mouse.
please help

If you believe the mouse software is an issue uninstall it and test the mouse as a generic device and see what the results are. If the issue persists then uninstalled software can't be the cause. And if it is, well it still seems likely to be a weird combination of variables on your system and we want to see if we can find the underlying issue.

Or go hassle logitech support....

I already tried to play without the logitech application, when closed. It doesn't work, it's really strange

I'm really wondering what happens and some have got the same issue but repair it differently than me

I sent that:
Hello, I have a big issue with my mouse: when I'm in game (so on the desktop it works really well, and also on chrome, even in game menus it is just when I'm about to play), the sensivity is going crazy really often for no special reason (I just make regular movements and it goes super hard sometimes, and I'm only at 800DPI): I only have 800DPI in the settings, the acceleration is disabled on windows and in GHub.
Fixes I tried:
-I switched from LGS to GHub
-I disabled every accelerations
-I changed USB Port
-Uninstalled the mouse from my computer and all it's drivers and redownloaded everything
-Disabled Windows Game Bar
-Disabled Nvidia Geforce Experience
Notice that I don't have any other program for software: no keyboard program or something else.
Should I get refunded?
I made a video to show you the bug: https://youtu.be/AsFMQfeK50M (at 0:18 it just automatically aimed to the top for example, and my sensivity in game is slow)
https://youtu.be/jUxDqOuZbQ8?list=UUyahO4FRsDZ49HSwayg7iMA
and there, it is more obvious.
Thank you for helping me! Have a good work

Have you tried it on a different computer to rule out any possible hardware failure issue?

Hello, no I didn't but it is a problem because I need to test on a game and the other computers I have are owned by my parents
Notice that when I uninstall the USB Device Composite and reboot my PC it just works again, or when I put my mouse to 125hz instead of 1000hz, which is annoying.

Having issues with USB polling suggests something with the mouse or another USB device, unless the motherboard itself has an issue. I would try other settings. 1000hz is hardly necessary, more marketing than anything. So try 500hz or 250hz too I guess, but really even 125hz should be fine for most cases.

Like I really doubt you're losing any 1v1's due to usb polling rate (prepared for people to holler at me that they can definitely tell the difference).
