I want to send 15 usd to my son account from my wallet but I dont see any option is it possible?

You can't.

Purchase a game as a gift.

This is not possible. Wallet credit can not be transferred for multiple reasons including but not limited to money laundering.

You can't do that.
If you want to send him wallet money, purchase Digital Gift Card with real money and send it to him.
