Can't Add Funds to Steam Wallet...
I'm from Brazil and I do use bank slip (boleto bancario) to add funds to Steam Wallet, everytime I will add funds to Steam Wallet I do use bank slip. Today I'm trying to add R$: 10,00 to purchase a game and it doesn't work, it says the bank slip isn't available to purchase, and gives me a code (0002259) what's going on with Steam?

I'm unable to make a purchase since yesterday. Tried paying with BoaCompra, and even tried purchasing a steam wallet code from PicPay, and both are failing at the moment.
My credit card operator says it didn't receive the charging attempt, therefore something is failing before.

Is this an issue with Steam or Bank Account?

In my case I also tried to purchase using cashback on PicPay, and it would issue a wallet code, so it's completely unrelated to my credit card or even my account. Makes me think there's some kind of problem going on with the Brazil region.

No PicPay says there's a problem and says try again later.
