My DOW cd keys doesn’t worl

I bought DOW game of year/Winter Assault/Dark crusade from webuy or cex and it doesn’t work and I have the discs so What should I do? (2 hand)

You are out of luck on Steam. You could try SEGA EU support since they used to give out Steam keys years ago if you had proof of ownership. Not sure if they'll still do it.

You accept the risk of buying 2nd hand games with no guarantees and you take it up with webuy.

Never buy secondhand PC games. If the key has already been activated by another Steam account, then basically whoever sold you the game scammed you.

Is more, barring Soulstorm, the old Dawn of War games uses a different unaccepted key system. You had to ask SEGA support back then if you wanted a Steam key, even if your copy is first hand. This is assuming a legit physical copy of the games. Bonus, I'm not from the EU but their support was nice enough to offer me working keys. They do crosscheck to see if someone already redeemed specific keys then though.
