Hight FPS at the begining than Low FPS in new games.

i tried to play games like Resident evil 8 our AC Valhalla on my GTX 1060 3GB, R5 1600AF, 16GB RAM.

at the begining i got 60-70 fps but later (after 10 mins of gameplay) the fps drops to 10-20.

Same thing happend when i tried ti play Half Life Alyx few days ago. i finished the game with no lags few weeks ago but when i relaunched it after to play the game was laggy.

PS: a week ago i swaped my GTX with a friend so i used his Radeon 6950 for few days. i cant rly uninstal the old Radeon Drivers now.

Also Games like Dota 2, Naruto Shinobi Striker, Rainbow six siege worked and work perfectly fine.

Resident Evil 8 system requirements state it needs at least a 4 GB card MINIMUM.

Edit: i tried to relaunch AC Valhalla, now the fps is fine. i dont understand maybe its my HDD the problem ?

Usually if fps is fine but then goes down it somehow points to not enough ram.
In pc or grafic card.
Or a memory leak in a game, that you see sooner because again, you dont have enough ram.

It could also be due to thermal throttling

termals are totally fine 40-50C for both GPU and CPU at both times (high and low fps)

i got 16 GB (2x8) 3000Mhz ram (runing at 3000 Mhz ofc)
in game the ram usage is around 10gb (msi afterburner)

im not a pro but i think its either my crappy HDD or the AMD gpu drivers that im unable to uninstall
