I can't gift Terraria to my friends!
I am a steam user from the Philippines and I've been saving up my allowance to buy Terraria 4-pack for me and my friends. The moment it went on sale during Halloween week, I bought it but didn't send it immediately because I wanna get in a call with them and surprise them. Earlier, I was on a call with them and was about to send Terraria. However, it never got past the page where it asks who I want to send it to. I kept clicking the Next page button, but it doesn't respond.

Please help. I don't know what I'm doing and I'm scared that I just saved and spent all that money for nothing.

I'm having the same issue, all I can say is that it's most likely a bug and you should be able to give it to them eventually.

You two aren't the only ones I've seen today - something is up.

The best thing to do is make a Support ticket and see what the reply is.

Keep trying though every few hours, sometimes these things sort themselves out. Bob just has to go bang on the server box a few times.

@Fluffyboi Yeah, I hope it is. It took me a while to save this money since I have no proper school allowance due to the ongoing postponement of classes here because of the pandemic. I was so scared after reading some forum posts about people getting banned from gifting as I thought the same thing was happening to me.

I had the same concern, but I don't think you need to worry; they see to be doing a good job of only hitting people doing illegal stuff (selling steam copies of games)
and even if they weren't, it would say something to you directly, instead of just not responding. Worst comes to worst though you should be able to refund them.

Don't worry, I'm facing the same issue too. Hope steam resolves this soon.It must suck since you wanted to surprise your friends :(
