my country currency is not offer on steam so the default currency is us dollar, is it possible to change my default currency?

Only to your regional currency and if it's not listed then steam does not use it at this time.

Using other regional currency's other then your own or the default one when not living in that region can get your account banned.

Currencies don't magically change prices. You'd be able to afford 617682 Kip as much as 60 $. Exchange rates are a thing!

That said, if the country (geo-economical region) you live in is too small of a market to get tailored regional prices, there isn't much you can do. Basically, your only option is to wait & hope.

welp thats a bummer, maybe i should take a road trip to vietname just to buy a game with their currency lol

... you'd need a payment method from there, remember.
Basically, there's 3 pieces of information that have to match:
1. Where you actually are
2. Your store location setting
3. The address of your payment method

As I just said, all 3 pieces of information have to match. Meaning once you're in Vietnam and have set your store location to Vietnam, you need a Vietnamese payment method. ANY Vietnamese payment method.
