Bsod during download
Can a bsod during download cause some files to be missing once the game is fully downloaded?

Yes, and it is also strongly indicative of your hardware failing or a serious problem in the software installation. Don't download anything else until you figure out what's wrong with your computer.

alr thanks, all i had to do was view integrity, but i still dont know what cause the bsod

You should run a full system scan on your drives. Open the computer (assuming it's not a laptop) and make sure that the ram is properly seated, that things that are supposed to be plugged in are in nice and snug, and that the fans are working, dust it and make sure it's not overheating. Those are generally the first things to do for maintenance.

Did anything change in your operating system recently? Drivers update, hardware change? Make sure that power supply is good, etc. Bluescreens are not good.

Have very little free space left, will increase leght of writes so pc get hotter,
to day most have 250gb free left on a 50gb dl size, soon that will go 500gb then game DL size get 100gb. 4 years go 25gb was seen as a bigger game its not anymore. thats tiny today

even Fallout 4 goty is apox 100b installed and not even modded yet.

ppl need to learn to have plenty of free temporary workspace on harddisk.

it could be because my laptop dropped a couple times
nothing much happened after the bsod

im also gonna have my laptop checked soon cause of the fans so i think i could tell them about the ram possibly being dissconected?
