[SOLVED] URGENT NEED HELP WITH SUICIDE PREVENTION

I am trying to reach out to steam support ASAP i have sent in a ticket but am affraid it might be too late, problem is that i dont know where the person is but steam might have that info, i will put the message i sent to steam support for a bit more context

"This is going to be an unusual request but one of my friends NOT jokingly talked about commiting suicide and since then went offline and are not responding to any messages, this happened on discord so they still seem online on steam but thats a bad guideline to use since they usually leave everything on. Going back to discord i dont think discord it self are likely to have any information which could help inform family, but seeing as this person owns games on steam that cost money you at the very least should have some of their bank details. Knowing that you cannot share any of those details with me i want to ask you to try and reach out to them via their phone number or contact bank so they could reach out to familly. I am terified about their safety and i ask you to do everything you can as soon as possible."

thats why you report the steam user and on discord , you have no clue where he is and maybe even in diffrent region.

They always respond around 2nd-3rd day. Be patient ! But they see things from higher perspective, if you have been forum banned again, this time for baiting and asking for the 1000th time about someones suggestions about improving Anti Cheats to negate it afterwards for the 1000th time, taht is indeed BAITING.

Wdym? Didnt you just create 2 threads here about your CS GO forum ban and both got locked, before I could post on them?

Also please you have to realise, that Steam Support is extremely occupied, hence the delay of their response. Never waited more than few days actually.

Dont know where you got the months thingy about their delayed response, sometimes they close the ticket without sending you a message, mostly when you tend to ask the same questions.
