Hey guys, how can i fix this issue "Access Denied - You don't have permission to access "http://steamcommunity.com/XXXXX"

Is this a direct link to some user-generated content (screenshot, artwork) etc?

Also: how often and where do you usually get this error?

so the link is this one this link anyway I can only access my own library, things like store, market and community in the steam client do not load and in the browser the error that relates occurs

Are you using a VPN or proxy? If so, is it set to a location outside of your actual region/country?

how do I change the region on my steam client? I believe I am using a proxy, as I have not changed anything in relation to my ISP.
