If your currency is offered on Steam, then it should be the default currency in store as long as your country settings are set for where you really are.
Are you sure your currency is used by Steam? If not, it defaults to dollars.
Is your store country set to where you live?
what should i have to do to change dollar to my country
According to that page, Steam's Pakistan store page uses USD, not the Pakistani rupee. That means that buying something will not change your currency to your local one. You can only purchase games in USD.
However, Valve does recommend that developers offer cheaper pricing for Bangladesh, Bhutan, Nepal, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka, so if you are concerned that you are paying the same price as people in the USD, you might not be. It depends on if the developer follows Steam's recommended regional pricing or not.
