Does Steam support Doubleshock?
My DS4 is almost done so I've to buy a new pad, I know that Steam allows you to play with a DS4 without the need of using drivers anymore, but does it work with a Doubleshock too?

What is DoubleShock? Do you mean Dualshock?
DS4 is DualShock 4. Yep it works with only Steam on while you game just enable PlayStation Controller Support at big picture mode but i'd recommend using DS4Windows driver but you don't want any drivers, programs.

It's a copy of the DS4 pad made in China. I haven't played with one myself, but unfortunately real DS4 are too expensive.

That could be classified as a counterfeit. If it works on at least one firmware version on a PS4, Steam Client might identify it as a PS4 controller. Otherwise, if Windows detects it then it might be classified as a generic gamepad.
