Nothing loading except library

As title says. I've seen lots of threads discussing the same issue, and I tried using all the solutions that I found (clearing web browser data, opting into Steam Beta, restarting Steam, etc.) and none of them are working. It's just leaving me on the black screen with a loading icon. Everything is working on big picture mode, but I don't like using that. I'm on Mac if it helps.

You haven't mentioned changing your DNS server. Try it with 1.1.1.1.

Is your steam exe set to Admin

Turns out having on admin rights messes with it

I couldnt figure it out, that was my problem

I'm having the same problem. Nothing has changed on my system. I have no idea why I should suddenly have to remove my admin rights.

I've been a Steam user for years.

Two thing you can give a try.

A. On Steam client top left click on word Steam, click on a settings, click on tab web browser, click on two buttons to delete web cookies, and web cache, test, or relaunch client, and test.

B. Go to where Steam.exe is located, right click on it, click on properties, you look for check to start as administrator, click apply, and ok, test it out.

First option sadly did not work

Second option, I have located the "steam" folder (its not steam.exe idk if that's an issue) however when I right click it there is no "properties" button?

Are you using Iinux, or Mac? Since you don't have the option as you said for Windows.
