You cant. Once its invalidated, its invalid for good. But invaldating the old gives you a new one, use that

What are you looking at? Your page where Steam shows you your trade URL or something else?
How do you know your trade link is outdated?

When trading in cs.money, it say there was a problem, your inventory is private or outdated steam trade url,

cs.money has a bug. No point asking here, they're the ones making the mistake.

Change it in Steam or on said third-party web site?

Then your issue is with said web site. They have to fix their stuff. Although I generally recommend to be extremely cautious when dealing with them.

Ask them to fix their issues.

Obviously Valve / Steam is not at fault.

I don't recommend any third-party sites to begin with.

You proceed at your own risk and quite frankly, if you do run into other issues, Valve is not responsible.
