My Games Keep Crashing!!

I have bought "NARUTO TO BORUTO SHINOBI STRIKER" 2 days ago. In the first day, everything was just fine, but then, the game kept crashing every single time I tried to play it. Every time it says "Low Level Fatal Error (then file directory) Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A005 - 'REMOVED') but yesterday, the error code was a little bit different (Error: 0x887A006 - 'HUNG') but the rest of the message was just the same.

I went to unreal engine website, checked three tickets regarding this problem and the latest one is still unresolved (ticket # UE-74575).

I tried to update my GPU
I tried to down-clock my GPU
I verified the integrity of game files
I tried to play the game at the lowest graphics options
I tried every solution suggested in other forums

but nothing is working, and this is really frustrating me right now

I would really appreciate it if anyone can help me fix this problem

My specs:
Intel core i7 9700k
Gigabyte's Windforce GTX 760
16gb 3600MH RAMs
Gold 750W PSU
Windows 10 latest update

Note: This happened to me while playing League of Legends, too, hence it might not be a steam specific problem, but I would really appreciate any help I can get from this community.

I hope I can fix this soon. I literally can't play anything on my PC at the moment. Now it's like the money I spent was just for documentation :(
