Let's see if I can help you.
Let's start with the easier solution:
Have you got headphone or earphone? Because if you don't obviously microphone will pick sound from the speakers.

If the easier solution didn't work lets try one of these 2 solutions:
1) Have you got the latest audio drivers?
2) You maybe have to disable Stereo Mix option: Open Sounds and Audio Devices located in control panel, clicke the recording devices tab and disable every input you don't use.

If you have Realtek: Right click it, open Sound Manager, go to Microphone and try to mess with some settings
Ig there is a "Stereo Mix" tab mute it.

Install a free driver updater. I can't tell you what drivers you need to install because I dont know your pc specs.

If it's a headset mic than it might just be a poor headset with an oversensitive mic or ear seals incapable of preventing noise from leaking.

Playing around with the audio levels for both mic and audio output is really the only way you'll resolve it if that's the issue.

If you're using a dedicated mic, then maybe it's a condenser mic. They pick up noise far from the mic by design. Dynamic mics are better than condenser mics if you don't want to broadcast background noise. The best ones won't pick up anything except audio sources right next to the diaphragm.
Maybe. Possible.
