Need help deleting discussion

I honestly don't care that the discussion is up but some less than friendly guy reported all my posts in the discussion and I'm getting a bunch of warnings from Steam Support. Apparently you can't talk about mods in a game that supports it? Well, I've gotten 3 warnings for comments I made about a week ago for talking about "illegal" activity. Is there any chance a moderator can remove the thread? I would remove the comments myself but I can't.

Mods and support can delete threads. Ask them. You might get one nice enough to do so.

If the posts have already been reported, though, I don’t see what good deleting the thread would do. Won’t moderators still have access to it?

Then that would be some BS. Lock the thread, and give me warnings for every individual comment I made in that discussion to the point of a ban. I mean, why not just straight up ban me if they're not gonna give me the chance to delete my comments after their warnings?

That seems like a thing to bring up with whoever is warning you; the precise details of how the hub moderators handle their duties are not something I’m privy to. Requesting the thread be deleted may even mollify them for all I know.

I'll try getting a hold of a moderator but I don't even know how I can get in contact with them, I'm screwed lol. I'll tbrowse through the discussions and try to find one.

For the record, we've raised this issue internally. I don't think you should have gotten multiple warnings in the same thread, for similar issues, especially after it was locked.

It's good to learn from this.

I also deleted the reports in the thread so it shouldn't happen again, and left the thread itself.

Indeed, some old bans perhaps should be reviewed, I have heard of similar in the past.

Indeed, some old bans perhaps should be reviewed, I have heard of similar in the past.

It's the thing I ever saw this happen, and it's due to a fairly recent change so I doubt it. Would you have an example?
