Help with Oculus Rift software update.

Hello, so I was installing Recroom, and once it finished installing, I wanted to play it - obviously. When I tried, I got an error message, and say that there's an Oculus Software Update. I said oh yeah, that makes sense. But, it's been stucking at 51% and downloading 2 of 10. It's been like this for an hour, and I can't pause/cancel the update. I can play VRChat perfectly fine.

I tried reinstalling Recroom, but it won't. It's stuck at downloading 5/5. Does anyone know a solution to this?
