Problem with keyboard - moving problems

Hi,
I have problem with sterring in all FPS games on Steam.
I checked Insurgency Sandstorm, R6, Day on Infamy and problem is on every game.
Problem looks like lag, but it's not network issue.
My problem is very annoying and makes games unplayable.
When I try to move I press W for a while, just click and person make something like full step, when I clicked for eg.ASDWSADW but very fast, that person in game make all moves, even if I stopped touching keyboard.
I tryied many solutions which I found here or in the web, I tryied other keyboard but nothing helped.
This is ONLY on Steam - games on Origin like BF, or Battle.net like COD works fine and there are not problem with keyboard.
Do you have some ideas?

I Have had the same problem with Train Sim 2 That i got this morning its unplayable.

Re-Attach all usb device to see if that will help, know as reset usb configurtion. could also help to update USB drivers, and redo process with replug the device's.

this dont ruleout keyboard software and driver to mouse or other unit on 4 port usb device ofc.
im think on multi usb extension ofc.

Re-Attach didn't help. I plug in into other socket (USB 3.0) and still nothing. USB drivers are the newest. Issue exist on different keyboards. Mouse works correctly, even in socket where keyboard was.
