What timezone does steam trade cooldowns follow?
So I've been wondering what timezone it is, because my friend traded me a skin then it'll suppose to be this day (May 2, April 25 was the trade) that i will get the skin because the 7-week cooldown is done, however, it's still not lifted even though it says (May 2 with a 00:00:00 time) which confuses me because what the heck is a 00:00:00? does it mean I have to wait till midnight? or it'll be lifted at the time of the day that the trade happened? I'm so confused... send help lmao :steambored::steamthumbsdown::steamthis:

Restart Steam. The timer hit zero which is why it looks like that
