Burgdorf profile photo will be banned?

I want to use the profile photo of the character named Burgdorf in the movie called Downfall. There are no such things as iron cross in the photograph, but do you think I will get banned because he is a nazi general?

I would say it's very possible that it would be removed. You don't necessarily get banned because you use a questionable profile pic. You would get your ability to set one removed if you continued to use it after it being removed.

So if I use it, do I just get a avatar ban or get a steam ban? Seems worth a try if I just get a Avatar ban

Or you could just choose something else that is less edgy and controversial.

nazi general = WILL get removed

you get a temp ban from changing anything on the profile, and the cooldown gets longer each time support has to remove something, does not matter if its the name or avatar or content on the profile. if support has to keep removing content from your profile, the account will lose the ability to change anything on it (name, avatar, etc). best to avoid using anything that is Nazi related.

hmm I understand. I thought I wouldn't be banned when I used the one in the movie, but it would be best not to use it.
