Finding My Comments
Is there a way to search for your own comments in the Discussions. I am new to using the Discussions and would like to know if someone has replied to my comment(s). Thanks for any help you all can provide.

I now see two possible answers that might be all I need. 1. Subscribe to a Discussion. 2. Your Forum Account Post History.
However. When I first came to the Discussions main page, I couldn't find how to get my Post History.
But I think I'm good now. I'll see next time I come in.

Sorry - I'm talking to myself it seems. But it is helping me feel a bit more familiar with the Community.

Anyway, I just did go back to the main Discussions page by way of clicking Discussions under Community at the top of the Steam Home Page (or at least I think it is, but not sure since there are pages that almost look the same, i.e. one that has the same headings but also has Library. But that's another conversation.

At the main Discussion page I could find nothing to click for my Post History. Nor could I find anyway to click for my subscriptions.

The only way I found my way to a page that had something to click for that (Post History) was by doing a search on my own topic in this discussion. So I hope I'll remember my topic title.

Still can't find a way to click My Subscriptions.

I am sure this is such a basic question on the ultimate Newbie level that you will all think I'm not too bright.

If it's a topic that you are interested in, click on the 'subscribe to discussion' box when commenting.

Thank you. So.... I can copy those links to somewhere on my computer and then just copy and past either one when I want to see one or the other.

Thanks MalikQayum.

Yes, I found out how to do that - just expected to see something on the main Discussion Page for clicking My Posts and/or My Subscribe Discussions.

But thanks to MalikQayum, I have a good way to get to them.

A few ways...

Either scroll all the way up and look to the right hand column of this page and find "Post History."

Or, click on your name in any one of your posts and the menu will open with "View Profile" and View Posts." Choose the "View Posts."

Long way around is through your Comment History. Hover over your name at the top, click Activity and then choose My Comment History. All posts are listed there, including deleted ones.

Or... Help > Support > My Account > Data Related to Your Steam Account >>> Discussions Subscription & Usage Data

Thanks cSglmc-Hotsauce. :) I'm now able to find them. Just haven't spent much time with Steam. Mostly just one of its games - American Truck Simulator. But now realize that I need to be more familiar with Steam... even to keep going with that game. But now I'm also going to try a new game... Portal. Demo 1st. It looks fun.

BTW... your last suggestion is really good. Allows me to look at all kinds of stuff. Getting more familiar fast with that.
