Not getting steam guard code on all mails including gmail
My friend is able to receive all emails including emails confirming email change but can't receive steam guard code.

And of course, there's no way to reach steam about this issue. What can I do to resolve this issue?

Verify that your steam account is sending to the right email address. Perhaps your 'friend' is getting all the messages...
Or its in your spam folder.

Also steamguard codes could be the time-based codes you see on the steam mobile app and NOT from emails... if you have set it that way.

Tried both gmail.com and a company email. My friend can get a confirmation email from steam for email change but not steam guard.

I will double check if it is being sent to steam mobile app, which my friend hasn't installed (might have installed in the past but resetted the phone). My friend tried installing just now but it also required steam guard to login on the app, so that won't work.

If steam still thinks the app is installed somewhere else and in actuality it's not anymore, what should I do?

We double checked both spam folder and that it's sending to the right email (since we could get emails for email change instantly)
