Can't unlock account
So my main account got stolen. I self-locked it, but after getting it back I put in the code but nothing happened. Nothing in the mail, nothing changes-. Still locked and community banned. Any tips on what to do?

So you've completely recovered it using the recovery process? Did you clean your account properly? See the steps noted in the quoted post.

Recovering Steam Account https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=2347-qdfn-4366

And to help you sign-in: https://help.steampowered.com/en/wizard/HelpWithLogin
Note, you must be signed out to do this.

A step by step guide to the Recovery Process:
https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1126288560
Also, because this regularly comes up, you DO NOT need access to the email, phone or password currently tied to the hijacked account for this to work. Just pick the "I do not have access..." or a similar option when asked. JUST SCROLL DOWN.

You MUST also take the following steps to secure your account:

1. Scan for malware https://www.malwarebytes.com/
2. Deauthorize all other devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
3. Change passwords from a clean computer
4. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
5. Revoke the API key https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey - This field should be blank

Do NOT trade until your account is secured.

Steam does not return inventory items or wallet funds: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=3415-WAFH-6433#noreturn

If the account incurred a ban while it was in the hands of scammers - and it's a permanent ban - it will remain on the account. Security is the responsibility of the user. If it's not a permanent ban, just wait it out.

If you're 2FA code is not working or being sent, your account might still be compromised because you did not clean it properly. Again see the 5 steps listed above.

You'll either have to contact Support or you'll have to fully and properly recover the account -follow the guide above to completion (read all the steps - don't stop at the first). Only Support can tell you why it's not working.

See the official FAQ on self-locking for more info: https://help.steampowered.com/en/faqs/view/01DE-9E83-B094-313B

If the recovery code doesn't work then you'll have to self-recover the account.
