i took virus on website. i thought i deleted it but now at knight my acc was hacked and someone buyed from my account trash item for 7.43 dollar. plz help.

I would format and reinstall after a virus infection. You can not know for sure the computer is safe otherwise. In advanced cases even that could be not enough, but those people would not go for items in a game.

Additionally, I would also run Tronscript. A reformat doesn't fix everything and if you're super unlucky it's rooted to your motherboard, (but this is highly unlikely and you should not worry about it [you weren't targeted by China]). Regardless, I would run Tron after a clean install to fix things that a reformat can not. It also has a myriad of anti virus suites, so there's no reason not to. If you're seriously concerned, I would take action:

Your account's activity while you aren't in charge of it is still permanent. fix your security and viruses. Don't worry about a 7 dollar item on steam. worry that your computer is a ticking time bomb.

Sorry to tell you this, OP, but your items are long gone. Seven bucks is, relatively speaking, a small price to pay when your entire account has been hacked.

Run a virus scan and change your passwords. You should also file a ticket with Steam support to report the hacking.

Broken Operating system etc. Things can still be broken and are likely to still be broken if you did a reinstall of Windows after an infection that constituted that you do a reinstall. If you want the full answer I'd ask on the Tron Reddit.
Simply put: it has a myriad of anti virus suites from Kaspersky to Mcaffee Stinger (I'm spelling that wrong and John is rolling in his grave) Malwarebytes to Rkill, many more - everything.
At the same time it repairs broken registry files and literally repairs Windows with every clean-up tool available while also debloating it. As someone who has worked in the repair industry someone pays me 300 dollars and I press a button and walk away for 5 hours. Don't go paying anyone ever again.

I did not see anything that tool would solve similar to what you get with format and reinstall, in regards of making sure there is no leftover of an infection

If it does what it says, its a script that does what one can do manually with tools to solve some problems on a current system installation.
