I can't upload artwork?
I've tried everything from waiting a week to deleting some and still nothing. I keep getting the same error.

The error is what exactly? It's good idea to first check if you have a UGC ban.

the error simply says Sorry!

There was a problem processing your request.

how do i check if i have a ban

Besure this is not a win7 issue in top of this, im not so sure you can upload with oudated SSL
and then we cant mind read here, its look like own problem or Contact steam support.

and even mentions this, but ppl forget you actual contact a steam server that might need security in transfer protocol.

its weird because ive tried on two systems on the app -- and on the browser too.

Yes it is, but you need to ruleout what this is we can all assume you are win10 then contact steam support.

upload somethings should not be a issue, unles you need port forwarding or have change ISP that dont route all ports in. again there is alot of whats if this and that.

but most win10 with NAT router configed dont have a issue.

and what if this is just another new security issue from a app or user made a mistake and block a link to port or not allow it through own firewall.

problem here Securiy is a personal choise and not a game or steam issue if user or that app is blocking it, so many have not learn that yet. but more and more steam user get issue with games and steam even.

added more above, its complex issue and copy tekst is not possible for every detail in network.

then this last 7 days is over noone dare meantion ssl issue unless you are a win7,

problem is , that dont fix other server end with a outdated ssl issue as most learn in start of the month with alot of diffrent app. be happy some might suggest this, and same time can be way off. point is you have steam attention now, not sure it will be that easy in the future then not many complain over it. and next month all have forgotten the issue.

unless you just install a win7 on old pc and backdoor ssl is the issue.
