I can't type in my whole credit card number
So i typed every information needed for my payment and then i got this message after continuing with my payment, "There seems to have been an error initializing or updating your transaction. Please wait a minute and try again or contact support for assistance."
Then i looked over everything and i noticed i didn't write the whole card number, when i tried to write it again it didn't let me type in any number anymore. why is that? i use a master card if that helps

i searched on steam support for this problem and it seams there has never been such a problem, i can't find anything on this topic.

i can write 15 numbers but my card has 19.

If you're typing in a card number, it must be a credit card, such as Visa, Master card, or etc...

When you check out you should see the supported card compaines on the right side, here an example for Canada. For you may not be the same. If you bank card does not have add-on feature to have credit card such as Visa, or Master card, then you can not use your bank card as a credit card, you will have to use a bank transfer instead to link your bank to them, such as paypal, or etc....

Are you writing spaces? Because you shouldn't be writing them.

I am having a similar issue. I am trying to input CC numbers and the "3" and "0" won't register. It works on my computer otherwise, and obviously here.
