How do i remove that number in the top left of my screen.

That number in the top left is covering important information during my games and I would like to know how to turn it off.

It is the number of your FPS and you can turn it off in settings of Steam application.

You need to give us more because it can be all kind of numbers starting with the FPS which can be because of your settings or program you use.
Can you give us a screen shot so we would know what advice to give.

its the FPS.. I turned it off in the steam setting, but it is still there

It is possible that you are running a program along with steam like fraps that cause the problem. Check your task manager. You can also exit steam, restart your PC and see if the problem persist after it.

Almost 9 years later and Spawk pointing out MSI afterburner being the culprit helped me while playing God of War 2018. Thanks man lol
