Steam on two PCs (Mine and Mom's)

Hi! I've been using Steam for over a year now. But I still have a question about installing it on a second PC.

My mom wants to play some games (Scrabble, mostly) and ask me to find it for her. I could'nt find any CD version so I decieded my best bet would be on Steam. My plan is to install steam on her PC, use my account to buy, download and install the game on her PC.

My questions are:

1) If my account is open on her PC and mine at the same time, will there be any problem? (I don't plan to play her game and/or my games on her PC)
2) If so, can I uninstall Steam (her PC) and still be able to access those games on her PC?
3) You have any easier/better solution?

Keep in mind that my parents lives 2000km away and I can't be there every weekend and even if my mom can use a PC (basic browsing/emails) she's far from buying a PC expert. (imagine me being on the phone for hours ;) )

Only one PC can be logged in on the account at the same time.
But you can keep the account in offline mode on one PC and the other in online mode.

You can reinstall games as many times as you like as they are bound to your Steam account. So you can uninstall them as much as you like. But if they are not installed on your PC you can't play them and need to download them in order to play them.

1) One Steam account is assigned to one PC. If a Steam account is logged onto on another PC, it will log you out.
2+3) The only solution is, either create an account for your mother where she can buy the games for herself (or, you can sign in and buy it for her), or allow her to use your account only when you're inactive. That's the best solution. By doing so, you're allowing her to play games at the same time when you're online.
Plus, bearing in mind, that if she has her own, personal account, communication between you two can be made a bit easier as you can chat together on Steam.
